The purpose of this project was to assess cultural factors hindering or supporting the client's organizational health, and to deliver a report of the findings with recommendations for improvement. The outcome of this project was the successful delivery of a report to the client of the findings and recommendations.

The outcome of this project was the successful implementation of Monday.com as a tool to track client contracts and ensure that client projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
