The purpose of this project was to design, develop, and administer a feedback loop survey in order to identify actionable feedback to improve program delivery. The outcome of this project was the successful creation and delivery of a survey that provides insights into customer satisfaction. 

My role in this project was the Project Manager. I was responsible for: 

• Developing a project charter to align the team in understanding the goals of the project. 

• Identifying the stakeholders involved in this project. 

• Designing and creating the survey with appropriate tools and research of best practices.

• Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve survey design and questions.

• Developing a Work Breakdown Structure for managing dissemination of the survey to clients.

• Scheduling meetings with stakeholders to ensure that the project was on track.

• Analysis of the quantitative and qualitative data from the survey. 

• Developing a report of insights gleaned from the data.

• Implementing recommendations to improve program delivery.

The purpose of this project was to design, develop, and administer an 360 assessment to measure emotional skills necessary for equitable leadership. The outcome of this project was the successful creation and delivery of a survey that provides insights into leadership qualities and recommendations for improvement. 

My role in this project was the Project Manager. I was responsible for: 

• Developing leadership domains related to emotional intelligence. 

• Identifying the stakeholders involved in this project. 

• Designing and creating the survey with appropriate tools and research of best practices.

• Conducting comparative analysis of 360 assessments.

• Analysis of the quantitative and qualitative data from the survey. 

• Developing a report of insights gleaned from the data.

The purpose of this project was to assess cultural factors hindering or supporting the client's organizational health, and to deliver a report of the findings with recommendations for improvement. The outcome of this project was the successful delivery of a report to the client of the findings and recommendations. 

My role in this project was the Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert. I was responsible for:

• Negotiating the contract terms with the client.

• Creating and project proposal and budget, and executing the contract with the client. - Developing the project charter.

• Conducting focus group sessions with client participants.

• Designing and administering the survey for data collection.

• Analyzing the quantitative and qualitative data from focus groups and survey.

• Drafting the report with findings from the data. - Creating the slide deck for sharing the findings.

• Closing out the project and delivering the report to the client.

The purpose of this project was to implement Monday.com to track client sales and management client projects. The outcome of this project was the successful implementation of Monday.com as a tool to track client contracts and ensure that client projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.

My role in this project was the Project Manager. I was responsible for: 

• Outlining the goals for implementing the project management tool.

•  Creating a shared vision for the objectives of the project scope.

•  Assessing funds necessary for software purchase.

• Gathering functional requirements from stakeholders for the tool.

• Identifying potential tools based on the functional requirements.

• Testing and comparing tools to ensure the tool works as expected.

• Choosing a tool that best meets stakeholder needs.

• Setting up the tool based on user needs, configuring roles, access, and structure.

• Entering existing contract and client project data into the tool.

• Training team members on the new tool, processes, and highlighting benefits.

• Monitoring adoption and utility rate.

• Gathering feedback from stakeholders and making the necessary adjustments.

• Evaluating project success.
